The Human League, Soft Cell, and Alison Moyet unite for The Generations Tour—a celebration of synth-pop pioneers that soundtracked a generation. This 21-date North American tour marks The Human League's first coast-to-coast U.S. tour since 2011, making it one of the most anticipated '80s events in years.
The tour promises classic hits, deep cuts, and new music from all three legendary acts. Philip Oakey of The Human League says, “We are really thrilled to be embarking on a coast-to-coast tour of the U.S. in 2026. Sharing the stage on this visit will be two of the best and most iconic music acts of our generation.”
Soft Cell's Marc Almond adds, “The opportunity to tour with The Human League is just incredible. They are legendary and I know they will do an unforgettable show. It will be an absolute honor to be part of the bill with these artists.”

Formed in Sheffield, England in 1977, The Human League rose to global fame with their 1981 album Dare, which reached No. 3 on the Billboard 200. Their chart-topping hit “Don't You Want Me” became one of the defining songs of the decade. The band—Philip Oakey, Susan Ann Sulley, and Joanne Catherall—have only played a dozen U.S. shows in the past decade, making this tour especially significant.
Soft Cell enjoyed similar success in 1981 with their breakthrough hit “Tainted Love,” which spent 43 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100. Frontman Marc Almond continues to carry on the legacy of the duo following the passing of founding member David Ball.
Alison Moyet first earned renown as half of the synth-pop duo Yazoo (known as Yaz in the U.S.) with Vince Clarke. Their hits “Only You,” “Don't Go,” and “Situation” became '80s classics. Moyet went on to a successful solo career with powerful vocals and emotional delivery.
The tour visits iconic venues across North America: Hollywood Bowl, Radio City Music Hall, The Chicago Theatre, Grand Ole Opry House, and many more from June 2 through July 2, 2026.
